1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using QR AI Scanner (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its services.
- Use the App to scan or process content that violates any applicable law.
3. AI Feature Disclaimer
⚠️ Bill Checker: AI bill analysis results are for informational purposes only and must be verified manually before taking any action.
⚠️ Medicine Scanner: Information provided is NOT medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before taking any medication.
⚠️ Document Analysis: Document scanning and analysis features are provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon for legal or financial decisions.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Delovantage Corp Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from Delovantage Corp Private Limited.
5. Subscription and Payments
- Monthly Plan: ₹99/month
- Yearly Plan: ₹599/year
- A 3-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers.
- Subscriptions are managed via Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy (Google Play / Apple App Store).
6. Third Party Services and UPI
The App integrates with third-party services including Google ML Kit, Google Gemini API, Google AdMob, and Firebase. UPI cashback information is provided for informational purposes only. Actual cashback availability may vary and is subject to the respective payment app's terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delovantage Corp Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
